1. Multiple weeks:
If you book two weeks or more, the second and any subsequent weeks are reduced by 10%. Further discounts may be available for long term off-season rentals.

2. Loyalty program.
Guests who have earned free stays from previous visits are entitled to use or exchange the free stay within 12 months. There is a EUR 100 admin fee per week, and utilities. We expect that the previous loyalty program, which ghas been effective for 10 years, will be replaced by a new and more flexible system with Acacia Resorts in 2008. We are members of a holiday property exchange group, DialAnExchange.com, to enable you to exchange the free stay for any available property, anywhere in the world (conditions apply). 3. Specials or One-off discounts:
One-off discounts are special situations. When a period has become available due to cancellation or other circumstances, we may offer it at a lower price to fill the gap. Other discounts then do not apply.

4. Early booking discounts:
Certain discounted prices are offered for early booking, more than 6 months in advance. Please refer to the price list for further details.

5. Travel agents and airline staff discounts:
Occasionally we offer special familiarization trips and airline discounts, please contact us for details and availability.

Terms and Conditions:
Holiday discounts or discount vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other Village Catalan or Acacia Resorts offer, as a holiday desposit or payment for flight, for insurance, or towards any cancellation charges. Discounts do not apply to optional extras, utiltities or taxes.
