Booking conditions - main points: ( see full text here )
25% deposit is payable on account with your booking. The balance is payable 60 days prior to arrival. If you book less than 60 days prior to arrival full payment is due with your booking. The rent does not include electricity, water, gas consumption and tourist tax, unless otherwise specified. Utilities and a security deposit will be payable with your balance. The deposit for a village house is 150 Euros, for an independent villa it is 500 Euros. Linen/towels are not included, but if you do not wish to bring your own it can be rented for 12 Euros per person.
Payments may be made by bank transfer or by cheque, bankers draft or money order. The bank details required for payment will be included in the booking confirmation you receive from Village Catalan.
Cancellation: If you cancel more than 60 days prior to the commencement of the rental period, the 25% deposit is withheld and any other moneys paid will be refunded. Cancellation less than 60 days before the rental period: the full payment is due and is not refundable unless another tenant can be found. A holiday cancellation insurance is therefore recommended.
Unless otherwise agreed the rental period commences at Saturday 16.00 hours and ends at Saturday 10.00 hours.
