SUNSHINE GUARANTEE

The Mediterranean side of the Pyrenees is the sunniest part of France, with statistically 300 days of sunshine per year. We are fairly confident that most of the time you can enjoy a dry, sunny time here, but of course the weather can be variable at times, so when you booking with us we will offer to compensate you in the unlikely event that your holiday is spoiled by rain, on the following conditions:

1) If it rains during more than half of your stay, we will offer you another stay at half price. What constitutes a rainy day is a full day's rain. Freak rain showers, typical on hot summer afternoons, do not count, they are refreshing and would not spoil a holiday. Anoher stay means a stay within two years in similar accommodation and similar seasonal price level.

2) In case you are compensated with a half-price stay, and you do not wish to return to Village Catalan, you can exchange the stay for any other resort or property through the exchange organisation Dial an Exchange through the Acacia Resorts membership.

3) The guarantee is effective for two years from the time of the incident (rainy stay), another stay is subject to availability at the time of booking. The guarantee does not include transport, utilities, taxes and any exchange fees if applicable.

4) An already discounted stay is not covered by the sunshine guarantee.
